Tuesdays 5:45pm – 6:15pm (Back & Bis)
Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:00pm (Lower body)
Thursday 5:45pm – 6:15pm (Shoulders & Core)
Saturdays 10:15am – 10:45am (Full Body)

If a Skinny Buddha in training feels as if they would like to
target another area on any given day, Buddha Says No Problem.
Individual muscle group workouts may be performed
outside of regularly scheduled days.
